Salty Muddy is more than a skincare brand. It's the story of a woman who discovered, through the simplest raw ingredients, that caring for yourself is not selfish, it's the foundation of everything else.

The Beginning · Salty

A mother's instinct,
a handful of salt.

It started with my son's skin. He was very young, sensitive, uncomfortable, and I found myself searching for something gentler.

I reached back to something ancient: Dead Sea salt, rich in minerals and centuries of quiet wisdom. I dissolved it into his bath, drawn to the simplicity of it.

That was the moment I understood that less, done right, can be enough.

The Discovery · Muddy

Clay for the face,
and for the soul.

Clay came next. First on my face — drawing out impurities, resetting my skin. Then in detox baths when the body ached. Then internally, for digestion. A single ingredient with a thousand answers.

There was something deeply grounding about working with earth. Getting your hands muddy. Slowing down. Being present with yourself for fifteen minutes while a mask dried on your skin.

I realised I had not been present with myself in years.

As my children grew more independent, I felt a pull. A need to remember who I was before I was "Mum". Salt and clay weren't just skincare anymore — they were rituals of return. Small, daily acts of coming back to myself.

Salty Muddy is my invitation to you: to slow down, to simplify, and to remember that you deserve the first fifteen minutes of your own day.
